The Taekwondo Dragon Club held a promotion test for 4 of its members on Wednesday 29 April 2009 at the club training premises. Santiago Gomez, Mauro Busuttil, Davinia Abdilla and Gabriel Borg passed to their successive rank in the respective order: Yellow tab (9thj Kup) Yellow Belt (8th Kup), Blue Tab (5th) and Red Tab (3rd Kup). They were tested on the the main aspects of Taekwondo such as Kibon (basic technique), Kyorugi (contest sparring), Poomsae (pattern) and Hosinsool (self-defence). At the end of the test, Sabomnim Formosa commented on their performance. Mauro Busuttil achieved the highest percentage.
