On Tuesday 27 October 2009, the club held a conjoined grading examinations for this year for all members. Ten students underwent the test under Sabomnim Stephen Formosa's (4th Dan) supervision who was assistted by Sabomnim Josianne Formosa (2nd Dan).

This promotion test was based on the new syllabus that the club launched on Saturday 26 December. The new syllabus was completely revamped from design, size and content in order to reflect the development that modern Taekwondo is going through.

All had succeeded the test and are now ranked as follows:

Yellow Tab:Kristina & Nicola Borg Cardona, Luke & Nadne Ebejer, Pedro Fernandez Alvarez & Maria Gloria Camilleri

Blue Tab: Chloe Vassallo & Brandon Borg

Blue Belt: Michael Baldacchino & Duncan Munro

By the end of the test, Sabomnim Formosa passed his remarks to all and congratulated all for their achievment. Next promotion tests are scheduled for the beginning of next year.
